The Mission of Sancta Familia CAT is to provide our students with a holistic education focusing  on academic excellence, faith formation through Catholic Social Teaching

Sancta Familia will provide exemplary levels of support to our schools to ensure the highest quality of education through ambitious, impactful leadership, governance and financial management.

The Trust will ensure sustainable recruitment, retention and professional development of staff at all levels to enable a well-qualified, professional and expert staff community.

 

Structure

The structure of the Trust is built to;

  • Retain high levels of autonomy in individual schools

  • Recognise and retain the strength of current Governing Bodies.

  • Grow the scope and expertise of the Central Team

  • Consider blended or part-time roles in the early stages balancing the financial costs to schools as the Trust grows.
